Investing for yourself

A plan for your money, not a pile of products

For professionals and families who earn well, have built savings and super, and want everything working towards the same goals.

Is this you?

  • Your income is solid, but you’re not sure your savings, super and investments add up to a plan.
  • You have money sitting in cash and know it should be working harder.
  • You’re ten to twenty years from retirement and want to know if you’re on track.
  • You’ve inherited money, sold a property or received a bonus and want to invest it well.
  • You’d like your family protected if something happened to you.

Our starting point: before any product, we look at your own profit-or-loss equation, what comes in and what goes out. A plan is only as good as the surplus that funds it.

What we advise on

Everything that touches your wealth

Investments

A full financial plan or one-off investment advice. Portfolios across shares, bonds, managed funds, ETFs and cash, built from our model portfolio.

Superannuation

Choosing and consolidating funds, investment options, contributions and salary sacrifice, so the tax breaks work for you.

Retirement planning

How much you need, how to get there, and how to turn your super and investments into a reliable income when you stop work.

Personal insurance

Life, total and permanent disability, income protection and trauma cover, inside or outside super, sized to what you’d actually need.

Estate planning

Making sure your super and investments go where you intend, working alongside your solicitor on your will and nominations.

Cash flow and debt

Budgeting, paying down debt in the right order, and borrowing to invest only where it suits you and you understand the risks.

We can arrange securities, managed investment schemes, deposit products, superannuation (excluding self-managed super funds), investor directed portfolio services, government bonds, retirement savings accounts and life insurance.

What it costs

Initial advice is typically $2,000 to $10,000 plus GST, depending on how complex your situation is. You’ll receive a fee estimate before you commit, and every fee is set out in your Statement of Advice.
