How we work

From first conversation to a plan you understand

Six steps, every one in plain English. You’ll know what we recommend, why we recommend it, and what it will cost.

  1. Fact find and FSG
    1

    Complete your fact find

We talk about where you are and where you want to get to, give you our Financial Services Guide, and gather the details: income, spending, assets, debts, super, insurance and goals.

  2. Proposal and invoice
    2

We prepare our proposal and quote

You get a clear proposal setting out the advice we’ll provide and exactly what it will cost, before any work starts.

  3. Strategy call
    3

We do our research and modelling

We test the options against your goals, starting from our model portfolio, and talk the strategy through with you before anything is written up.

  4. SoA presentation
    4

We produce your Statement of Advice

We walk you through what we recommend and why, the risks, and every fee, in plain English.

  5. Document signing
    5

    We implement the recommendations

Once you agree, we put the plan in place: accounts, investments, insurance and the paperwork.

  6. Annual review
    6

We review and revise your plan

At regular intervals, or whenever your circumstances change, we check the plan is still on course and adjust it.

Our fees

What you’ll pay
