We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles. We use the information you provide to advise you on financial circumstances, goals, and strategies. If you do not provide us with full information, we cannot properly advise or assist you. 

• We do not trade, rent, or sell your personal information. 
• Your data may be shared with product issuers, representatives, or related entities to execute your financial strategies. 
• Overseas Transfer: Your information may be disclosed to recipients in the United States of America for mandatory transaction notifications (e.g., Form W-8 BEN). It may also be backed up via internet cloud and external data storage providers overseas. 
• Please note: By providing your information, you acknowledge that we, our advisers, and our AFS Licensee will not be accountable for an overseas recipient’s breach of Australian privacy laws, and you will not be able to seek redress under those laws. 

If you request services or monitor your accounts via the internet while inside the European Union (EU), you must provide us with explicit written consent due to differing regulatory data rights. 

Under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Finance Act 2006 (Cth), we and our AFS licensee are legally required to verify your identity and the source of your funds. We will request and retain copies of your identification documents (such as a passport or driver’s license) and may disclose this data to regulators, financial institutions, and product providers to fulfill our assessment obligations.
